Summer Lovin'

I am doing pretty well. I am biking to and from work (about 3 miles). I am on my feet all day long, running with kids, playing games, and rarely sitting and doing nothing. I am eating well and rather nutritious- until I have the "afternoon rush" aka a rush of food into my mouth after I get off work at 3:30, but I am working on that... it is just that I am SO hungry by that time. And food is more readily available plus there is no pressing matter that is preventing me from stuffing my mouth.
Anyway, I am also getting lots of H2O!
Yay!

I haven't checked the scale in awhile and I don't plan too any time soon. Though I am curiously awaiting July 1.
